Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all direct bookings made with Quality Airport Hotel via our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. For bookings made through third-party platforms (OTAs such as MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Agoda), the respective platform's cancellation policy applies.
1. Cancellation by Guest
- —Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. No charges will apply.
- —Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before check-in will attract a charge equivalent to one night's room rate.
- —Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will attract a charge equivalent to the full booking amount for the first night.
- —No-show (failure to arrive without prior cancellation) will result in a charge equivalent to the full booking amount for the first night. The remaining nights will be automatically cancelled.

2. Refund Process
- —Approved refunds for direct bookings paid via Airpay payment gateway will be processed back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking).
- —Refunds will be initiated within 5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed by the hotel.
- —The actual credit to your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 5–7 business days.
- —The hotel is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider in processing the refund.
- —Refunds will be issued in Indian Rupees (INR). Any currency conversion charges are borne by the guest.
3. Modification of Bookings
- —Booking modifications (change of dates, room type) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original check-in date.
- —If the modified booking results in a lower rate, the difference will be refunded as per the refund process above.
- —If the modified booking results in a higher rate, the additional amount will be charged at the time of modification.
4. Early Departure
- —Guests who check out before their confirmed departure date will be charged for the full duration of the original booking.
- —No refund will be issued for unused nights in the case of early departure.
5. Cancellation by Hotel
- —In the unlikely event that the hotel needs to cancel a confirmed booking, guests will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or an alternative booking at the same or equivalent rate.
- —The hotel will not be liable for any consequential damages, travel costs, or other expenses incurred by the guest as a result of a hotel-initiated cancellation.
6. Force Majeure
- —In the event of circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest — the hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings and offer a full refund or credit note at its discretion.
- —The hotel shall not be liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the guest in such circumstances.
7. Non-Refundable Rates
- —Certain promotional or discounted rates may be offered on a non-refundable basis. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
- —No refund will be issued for non-refundable bookings under any circumstances except hotel-initiated cancellation or force majeure.
