These Terms & Conditions govern your stay and use of services at Quality Airport Hotel, operated by Quality Airport Hotel, Nayathode P.O., Nedumbassery, Kochi – 683 572, Kerala, India. By making a reservation or checking in, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations & Booking
- —All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid booking confirmation.
- —Bookings made directly through our website, WhatsApp, or phone are governed by these terms. Bookings made through third-party platforms (OTAs) are additionally governed by the respective platform's policies.
- —The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation made in error, including pricing errors, and will offer a full refund in such cases.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- —Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (noon). Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
- —Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- —A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or equivalent) is mandatory for all guests at check-in. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport.
- —The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in to guests who are unable to produce valid identification.
3. Payment
- —Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and other methods supported by our payment gateway partner Airpay.
- —For direct bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking or at check-in as applicable.
- —All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- —The hotel is not responsible for any charges levied by your bank or card issuer in connection with your payment.
4. Guest Conduct
- —Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful to other guests, staff, and hotel property.
- —The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises without refund if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or in violation of applicable law.
- —Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A deep-cleaning charge will be levied for smoking in non-smoking rooms.
- —Pets are not permitted on the premises.
5. Damage & Liability
- —Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest.
- —The hotel is not liable for loss of personal belongings, cash, or valuables left unattended in rooms or public areas. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe.
- —The hotel's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the stay in question.
6. Facilities & Services
- —Access to hotel facilities including the outdoor pool, restaurant, and bar is subject to the hotel's operating hours and internal policies.
- —The hotel reserves the right to modify, restrict, or temporarily suspend any facility or service without prior notice.
- —The complimentary 24-hour airport transfer service is available for direct bookings only and is subject to vehicle availability. Advance intimation of flight details is required.
7. Privacy
- —Guest information collected at the time of booking and check-in is used solely for the purpose of providing hotel services and complying with legal requirements.
- —The hotel does not share guest information with third parties except as required by law.

8. Governing Law
- —These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Kerala.
- —Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
9. Amendments
- —Quality Airport Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of publication.
